December

December is a busy time of year. Be sure to take care of yourself. Take the time to have nutritious meals, always have a water bottle with you and get in your regular exercise. Our time can be quickly overtaken by activities. Make sure you prioritize time for yourself. Especially if you are pregnant, just had a baby or if you just had surgery, let other people help with holiday plans and preparations. Remember that you will recover better if you give yourself time to heal.
